CDS Engineers was founded in 2025 by Dan Cutshaw, Nathan DeLisle, and Brian Sahm, with the goal of providing elite civil engineering services to Indiana municipalities. Our mission is to serve Indiana municipalities with high quality water engineering services and tech expertise.

What We Do
Water Treatment & Distribution
Treated water is an essential need for communities across Indiana and the country at large. We support this need by designing and engineering cutting edge water treatment systems. Our scope includes water flow, storage, treatment processes, and distribution.
Instrumentation & Controls
Time is often the biggest commodity for a water treatment operator, which is why having the right control systems in place matters. Our team of engineers designs instrumentation and controls systems custom to your plant’s unique needs.
Construction
It’s one thing to engineer and design a water treatment system. Building these systems presents a whole new set challenges. Working closely with contractors and other partners, we oversee the complete construction of your water treatment system, ensuring a safe and high-performing final product.
Wastewater Treatment & Collection
Clean water is one of our most precious resources. Through the engineering of precise treatment systems, we take waste out of water so it becomes safe to discharge back into the environment.
