We Are CDS Engineers

CDS Engineers was founded in 2025 by Dan Cutshaw, Nathan DeLisle, and Brian Sahm, with the goal of providing elite civil engineering services to Midwest municipalities. Located in Indianapolis, IN the owners of CDS Engineers hold a combined 75 years of civil and electrical design experience.

Bolstered by a dedicated team of 14 full-time staff, we have the knowledge and technical expertise needed to deliver municipal advisory and strategic utility planning services, design, and construction administration tailored to your municipality’s specific needs.

While CDS Engineers may have been founded just recently, many of the team members have been working on projects together for over 20 years. Many of these projects (including the current National Road Booster Pump Station and Pressure Reducing Valve Station for Richmond) were for Indiana-American Water.
